Over a rewarding four-year period, I successfully managed the Reynolds Kitchens brand, overseeing an extensive portfolio of more than 600 SKUs. During this time, I had the privilege of leading the development and launch of numerous innovative products that significantly strengthened and diversified our product lineup, helping to position Reynolds Kitchens as a market leader in kitchen essentials.


One of the standout achievements under my leadership was the introduction of Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Liners, which were launched across the United States and Canadian markets. These liners addressed the growing consumer demand for convenient and mess-free air frying solutions, quickly gaining popularity among health-conscious and time-strapped home cooks. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation and launch of Reynolds Kitchens Stay Flat Parchment Paper, a product designed with user experience in mind, which has since become a staple in kitchens nationwide due to its ease of use and reliable performance.


Beyond these, I played a pivotal role in the development of the Reynolds Kitchens Cling Wrap, featuring an innovative built-in slide cutter that enhanced usability and safety for consumers. This feature was widely praised, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to practical innovation. Other successful product introductions during my tenure included Reynolds Kitchens Baking Pouches and Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Foil Cups—both thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving lifestyle and cooking preferences of our customers.


The cumulative impact of these initiatives was reflected in the brand’s financial performance. In the most recent fiscal year, Reynolds Kitchens experienced a remarkable $3 million increase in net revenues, reaching an impressive $259 million. This growth was largely driven by higher non-retail revenues, underscoring the brand’s strong market presence and the success of our continuous innovation efforts.


Throughout my management of the brand, I remained focused on understanding consumer needs, leveraging market insights, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. This strategic approach not only fostered brand loyalty but also contributed to sustained revenue growth and market expansion.
