Domestix Bakeware and Cookware

This project was exceptionally intricate and required a high level of collaboration and creativity at every stage. I worked closely with the vendor to develop specialized coatings for the pans, ensuring optimal performance and durability tailored to each product tier. I was responsible for naming the three distinct product tiers, carefully crafting each name to reflect its intended audience and level of expertise. The top tier, designed for professional chefs, was named Culinary Masterpiece, conveying the premium quality and advanced craftsmanship. The mid-tier line was branded Culinary Creations, aimed at passionate home cooks who seek reliable and stylish bakeware. Finally, the entry-level range was called No Fuss, specifically targeted toward beginner bakers who value simplicity and ease of use.

Beyond branding, I took charge of designing the logos that would represent each tier and oversaw the production process to ensure that the logos were flawlessly printed on both the handles and the bottom of each pan, reinforcing brand identity and product authenticity. I also personally selected the handles, focusing on ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality to enhance user experience.

In addition to product development, I designed the dies used in manufacturing both the bakeware and cookware, collaborating with engineers to bring the physical shapes and features to life. My responsibilities extended to art directing the product photography, where I guided the creative vision to highlight the craftsmanship and appeal of each tier. After the photoshoot, I handled meticulous photo retouching to ensure every image was polished and ready for marketing materials and catalogs.

To complement the product launch, I designed point-of-purchase (POP) floor displays that effectively showcased the different product tiers in retail environments, attracting consumer attention and driving sales. This comprehensive involvement in every phase of the project—from conceptualization and branding to production and marketing—was both challenging and rewarding, ultimately resulting in a cohesive and successful product line.
